What I promise to do to create a more caring and peaceful world is to be a representative of what a caring and peaceful person looks like. I have people who look up to me and people who see me around school whom I know watch my actions. I strongly believe that by being a positive person who is not afraid to speak out and do the right thing, a person who is passionate for the growth of their community is someone who will hold great influence over many. Therefore I will continue to spread kindness, help my community and be an advocate for SAVE and Sandy hook Promise as this will spread throughout the community creating a more caring and peaceful work.

I promise to spread happiness as much as I can to those around me, whether you are my friend or if you are a stranger to me. Everyone deserves to be happy and lately the world has been too negative. We all just need to love one another for who we are and accept each other for who we are. No one is better than anyone. Everyone is human. Everyone deserves to be happy. Everyone deserves love. Violence doesn’t solve anything. Look to our past activist leaders, such as Martin Luther King Jr. and Mahatma Gandhi. What did they do? They fought violence with peace. That is what everyone should do. If you are ever angry with someone, look at the bright side and talk to them. Do not resort to violence. This will create a more caring and peaceful world.

I promise to show others how important it is to say something and motivate others to do good. I want others to want to lead and understand that they have a voice and it’s important! I want to make others feel valued. I want to spread the SAVE promise programs helping my school!
