Human Rights Day – December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 by Carleen

Human Rights Day Did you know that December 10th is Human Rights Day? All across the United States, there have been many incidents of innocent people, especially young teens, having lost their lives to violence. This act of violence can be anything from school shootings to police brutality. Everyone is created equal and violence should not be the reason for the death of so many talented individuals. You and your SAJenny LRVE Chapter can help spread the message and be a voice for those who have lost their lives to violence. Throughout the month of December, join National SAVE in spreading the message of nonviolence and human rights throughout your community and keep on pushing towards our goal of a nonviolent world! Remember: a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and your first step can be the one to change the world! – Jenny Suwanmanee, East Chapel Hill High School
